Beautiful Scarf in pure wool with a natural white background entirely decorated with very unique embroidery. The total extent of the fabric is divided in squares by ondulated threads in shades of pink, inside of which the scarf features stylized floral designs in the same colors but here combined with black that helps them to stand out in all their beauty and elegance. Despite its complexity and the amount of processing needed to complete it, the stole remains soft and light, so it can be worn easily. At both endings a fringe complete the ensemble. Product typical of the Kashmir region – an area of northern India located between Pakistan and China that has always been fought over by these two countries – this fabric comes from the ancient wool processing adorned with beautiful decorative elements, completely hand-made with the crewel technique, a method of embroidery with woolen yarns made with different stitches, especially stern and chain ones. Among the most recurring subjects we can faint the Paisley, an English term used to denote the boteh or but a design of ancient Persian origin, which represents plant elements such as small shrubs, palm leaves and flower buds. You can hand wash the fabric with cold water and mild detergent. Do not let it soak and rinse it with running water.
